5 Ways To Talk To Us Directly From The App
1. Email Support:
Our support email is support@stax.me, but you don’t have to memorize it. On Stax’s Setting, you’d see ‘contact support’; once you click on that, it automatically redirects to your email. All you have to do is tell us what the problem is, attach a screenshot or screen recording where possible and hit send. We’d get your email and reply to you within 24 working hours.
PS: You don’t have to change the autogenerated subject line because it acts as your unique support ID for each email you send us. It helps us do a deep search to identify possible root causes as quickly as possible.
2. Request A Feature On Stax
You have a say on how we build Stax; on stax.nolt.io you can:
- Request new features
- Upvote or downvote other people’s request
- Give us general feedback and tell us about bugs you encounter while using Stax
All you have to do is go to Setting and click on ‘Request a Feature in Stax’, and it will automatically redirect you to our Nolt profile.
3. In-app FAQs
In the same vein, you can easily read through frequently asked questions directly on the app.
4. Twitter DM
In addition, you can stay in touch with us by following us on Twitter and sending a DM at any time @joinstax
